Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained in the app.

Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

Redevelop Chicago shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Termination:
"We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms."

8. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

The Redevelop Chicago app provides a community platform for users to share content and interact. To ensure a safe experience, the following rules apply:

Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post content that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, or promotes illegal activity.

Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms.

Reporting and Blocking: The app includes built-in tools for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users.

Action: All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours. Any user found in violation of these terms will have their content removed and their account immediately suspended or terminated.
